About Us
Lotus Capital Cleaning is a family-run cleaning company serving the DMV — Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and suburban Maryland.
We’re a Vietnamese family, and the name isn’t decoration. In Vietnam, the lotus grows out of muddy water and comes up clean — it’s our national flower, and it’s the closest thing we know to a promise about what we do. We take a home that’s had a long week and give it back to you fresh.
We started cleaning homes in our community in 2022, and we take pride in the work we do. Today we clean homes, apartments, Airbnbs, and offices across the DMV — Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Silver Spring, and the surrounding areas.

Payment is securely processed according to the terms confirmed at booking. If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

We ensure a delightful experience for our clients through a rigorous vetting process that includes thorough interviews, extensive experience evaluations, and comprehensive background checks for all cleaners, going above and beyond.
Can I reschedule a cleaning?
Yes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a fee under our Terms of Service.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We generally provide the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you have preferred products or special cleaning requests, simply let us know when booking.
How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
It is completely up to you. If you will not be home, please provide clear access instructions, including any gate codes, lockbox details, keys, or alarm information. All cleaners follow our onboarding and insurance requirements.
